Hockey Pitch LED Lighting
Similar to the service we provide on other conventional sports pitches, here at DSL we pride ourselves on our ability to provide photometrics and light coverage on athletic tracks. Our pioneering lighting systems allow us to be able to provide solutions for any indoor or outdoor facility, ensuring our customer’s satisfaction regardless of the challenge we are faced with. All projects undertaken by us are centered around the specifications set by the UKA, working together with each customer in order to formulate a solution that will provide excellent lighting for now, and the future.
In addition to updating the metal halide lighting system used by the club to our trusted LED fittings, the DSL team were also required to install two fifteen-metre columns in order to give the new all-weather playing surface a complete spread of light. Such an alteration allowed the club to reach its required target of an average lux level reading of 350.
Direct Sports Lighting was one of four companies invited to tender and, from the outset, we were impressed by the company’s speed of response, professionalism, product quality and price.
